Your feedback, whether it’s a compliment, suggestion, or complaint, is important to us. It helps us strengthen our services, uphold our values, and ensure the people and communities we serve feel safe, heard and respected.

You can provide feedback anonymously or include your contact details if you would like a response.

If your feedback relates to a serious concern or complaint, we will ensure it is handled promptly and in line with our Feedback, Complaints and Appeals Policy.

    Who can provide feedback, compliments or complaints?

    We welcome feedback, compliments, and complaints from all clients and stakeholders. We make it as easy as possible for people to share their experiences, and we respect anonymity unless the individual chooses to identify themselves.

    What happens when I make a feedback, compliment or complaint?

    Our team will acknowledge your feedback, compliment or complaint. If a complaint is made, we will address this fairly, efficiently, transparently, and promptly with a focus on achieving a satisfactory resolution.

    Once we receive feedback or complaints, you can expect the following:

    1. Acknowledgement: We will confirm we have received it either in writing or verbally.
    2. Review: Your complaint or feedback will be reviewed by the appropriate team member.
    3. Response: If a response is requested, we will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
    4. Resolution: We aim to provide resolutions that are fairly, transparently, and timely.

    How else can I make a complaint?

    MANAWISE Care is a committed supporting the communities we serve. If you are unhappy with the outcome of a complaint made through MANAWISE Care, the matter will be escalated internally for further action. If it still cannot be resolved satisfactorily, we can assist you in escalating the matter to an external organisation, including:

    • Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety.
    • Office of the Public Guardian
    • Queensland Human Rights Commission
    • Community Visitor or Child Advocate Legal Officer
