Creating remarkable futures where dignity is upheld, purpose is lived, and potential is realised.

Our story

For more than 10 years, MANAWISE Care has delivered trauma-informed, evidence-based, and culturally responsive services that support communities to thrive. Through our work, we create remarkable futures where dignity is upheld, purpose is lived, and potential is realised.

MANAWISE Care is part of the MANAWISE Group, a values-led organisation solving complex social challenges through integrated, people-centred approaches. We partner with communities, governments, and service providers across five core areas: care, consulting, education, workforce development, and research, to drive whole-of-system transformation.

Founded in 2013 by Andrew and Nicola Fa’avale, MANAWISE Group is committed to reimagining how services are designed and delivered. Across its entities, MANAWISE Group disrupts traditional top-down models by returning power to communities. Our name reflects who we are: a collective grounded in wisdom, purpose, and respect for the inherent value of every person and community. We lead with insight and integrity, drawing on cultural knowledge, lived experience, and evidence to create remarkable futures where people thrive.

Guided by Pasifika ways of knowing, being, and doing, we recognise the central role of family, culture, spirituality, and intergenerational wisdom in healing and transformation. By weaving this cultural insight with contemporary best practice, we deliver inclusive, sustainable change, turning research and community wisdom into real-world impact.

MANAWISE Group operates across multiple disciplines, with a growing team of professionals across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
